Regulating flows, setting temperatures, engaging clutches, securing latches: Wherever shafts are manually turned, actuated and adjusted, the new user-friendly gear levers GN 210 from Elesa+Ganter are right at home. With three different hub geometries, they are easy to install in any situation.
The new gear levers GN 210 are easy to grip from any direction and insert themselves unobtrusively into any operating area. Their elegant, understated design earned them the “Red Dot Design Award” as well as the “IF Design Award”.
The gear levers are available in three handle lengths, each with three different shaft-hub interface options: Either with a smooth bore, a bore with keyway or a double-square bore that allows mounting in eight 45° positions.
Two options are also available for securing the hub connection. The first is a radial ring clamp, whose slot doubles as a reference for the handle position and enables adjustable mounting with zero play. The square mounting and keyway versions can also be secured axially in proven fashion by means of a countersunk washer fixed by a countersunk screw. An attractively fitted cover hides the countersunk washer. Thanks to flexible snap-type lugs, this can be easily removed and reused.
The angle of rotation can be restricted if the swivel range of the gear lever must be limited. Two bores allow the use of a spring plunger, which can engage with a serrated element, for example, to provide haptic feedback to the user. A ring groove accepts one or two dowel pins as rotation angle stops.
The gear levers of powder-coated zinc die casting are available in silver and black as standard or in any other RAL color on request. The plastic cover is either light gray or black to match the handle color.
