1. ORDER, DELIVERY AND PAYMENT

• 1.1 Can I buy directly from Elesa and Ganter India?

  As a Company or individual, you can order directly from Elesa and Ganter India or you can proceed as “guest”.

• 1.2 Who can order in the Elesa and Ganter India webshop?

  Any organisation or individual can order via the Elesa and Ganter India webshop.

  The advantages of our webshop:

  • You have the option of ordering 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
  • Immediate display of the availability of prices and delivery times
  • In your My E+G account you will find your order history, My Favourites, Last visited products, etc.
• 1.3 Is there a minimum order value?

  No, there is no minimum order value.

• 1.4 Is there a cash sale option?

  No, there is no cash sale.

• 1.5 Who can I contact if I have any questions about Elesa+Ganter products?

  Our office is available to answer your questions daily from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. You are also welcome to send us an email to offers@elesa-ganter.in or call us on +91-120-472-6666. We will be happy to advise you on questions about our products.

• 1.6 How can I order online?

  After adding the desired quantity to the cart, you can log in your profile or "continue as guest". Having a My E+G profile will give you access to your order history, related documentation, and lists of your favourite products.

• 1.8 With which courier service / forwarding company are the orders sent?

  We send orders with BlueDart or DTDC as standard. However, this is subject to change based on factors such as delivery location, shipment weight, mode of shipment.

• 1.9 What are the delivery times?

  For products that are available in our warehouse, the dispatch time is within 2 working days from order.
  You can see the exact availability of the desired product by clicking on the corresponding shopping cart symbol in the product table. If the delivery time is not provided or if you have any questions, please contact offers@elesa-ganter.in.

• 1.10 Can I pay by credit card?

  Yes. In our webshop, you can pay with your credit card.

• 1.11 What payment options are there in the online shop?

  In our online shop, the fastest way of payment is through your credit card. You will be charged through the payment portal immediately after the order/cart is completed. Additionally, you have the option of paying through bank transfer options like NEFT/RTGS/Online Banking after you receive the pro-forma invoice from us.

  If you are already a customer, you have the option to link your customer profile via your My E+G account. This shows you your individual payment and delivery conditions should these deviate from the standard conditions.

• 1.12 How can I request a link to my customer profile?

  After signing in to your My E+G account, you have the option to request the link by entering your customer code with us (mentioned on the invoice previously received by you) and your GST number, under the "My Account" tab.

• 1.13 Can I create multiple delivery addresses for my My E+G account?

  Yes, you can create several delivery addresses in your profile and select the address you want when placing your order.

• 1.14 Is it possible for the invoice to be sent to me electronically?

  Yes, our invoices are sent electronically as PDF.
  You also have the option of downloading the invoice as a PDF for online purchases. You can find this option in your My E+G account with the respective order.

2. MY PERSONAL DATA IN MY E+G

• 2.1 What are the advantages of registering via My E+G?

  All functions of our website are available to you via My E+G:

  • Shopping through our webshop
  • View your order history, save favourites and create wish lists
  • Download product data sheets and drawings. The downloaded drawings are also saved in your personal My E+G area (under My Account / My Drawings).
  • Use “Share the cart” functionality
• 2.2 How can I register for My E+G?

  Simply click on My E+G on the website and register in just a few steps.

• 2.3 I have not received a confirmation email for my My E+G registration.

  Please also check your SPAM folder to see whether the mail has landed there. If this is not the case, please send us an email to orders@elesa-ganter.in or you can also call us on +91-120-472-6666.

• 2.4 I forgot my password. What can I do?

  Click on reset password and enter your email address. You will receive an email to reset your password. If you have any problems, please write an email to orders@elesa-ganter.in or you can also call us on +91-120-472-6666.

• 2.5 How to change my billing information?

  If you have a registered account linked to your company's customer code, please send an email to our Sales office at orders@elesa-ganter.in with the following information to update your billing details:

  • User name
  • Customer code
  • New billing address or data

  You will receive a confirmation email once the changes have been made on the website.

3. OUR WEBSITE

• 3.1 Where can I find new products?

  You can find all of our new products on our website under Products / New Products.

• 3.2 How can I ask to be called back by Sales Office?

  Simply use the call-back service on our website. Enter your name, City, phone and the desired time and we will contact you.

• 3.3 I need the CAD drawing of a product. Where can I find this?

  In the table of the respective product you will find a CAD construction symbol. With a click on this symbol you have the possibility to choose the desired format of the drawing. You can either have the file sent to you by email or, if you are logged into My E+G, download it directly. The downloaded drawing is also saved directly in your My E+G profile - under “My drawings”.

• 3.4 I do not receive an email with the CAD file.

• 3.5 Where can I request a catalogue?

  Simply go to "Catalogue Request" in the menu under "Media & Service" and we will send you our catalogue free of charge.

• 3.9 Where can I find the sales unit/minimum order quantity for the products?

  Sales unit is shown in add to cart pop-up.

• 3.10 How can I request a quote?

  If you are logged into My E+G, you can immediately view prices, discounts and availability via our webshop. For higher amounts, please contact our sales team so that we can make a suitable offer for you. • 3.11 I have found the product I need, but I need a special version. Is there a minimum order quantity?

  We are happy to manufacture our products in special designs or special colours, with customer logos, etc. For more information about the possible minimum order quantity, please send us an email to offers@elesa-ganter.in.
